we cannot use the meta quest 3 because the account is lock out

My sons plaid with the meta quest and now they are very sad, because we tried since few months

to play again with it but it is not possible anymore. We thought the kids had not understand the 

terms of use and put some buttons or said something which are not allowed. 

can you help us because it is a very expensive thing and now we cannot use it
