"We couldn't find any devices associated with this Meta account" ????
I'm trying to contact support to fix my pairing code not working since I factory reseted my Quest 2 by accident. I go through the support page selecting the right type of issue im having then the website tells me that I do not have a device associated with my account even though I should do since there is a Quest 2 paired on my account on the Meta Horizon app on my phone.

Your pairing code probaly doesn't work, because the app on your phone still shows the Quest as paired.
Try using another phone - maybe borroed from a friend or family member - or a tablet to pair the Quest.
