im launching it Via the Link app, but it also happened when i try launching it from a third party software

Could you double check that you have Windows, the Link app, your headset firmware and your graphics drivers all up to date?

In this case, we would recommend that you contact our Email support team on our website. They can run a number of tests and checks on your PC/App and see if we can get Link to work normally again!

I'm not sure what's going wrong..... there are a few posts the past days with that issue.
On which version is your Quest and link app?
