Where to put 360 degree photos and videos on the Quest3?

I'm transferring my Insta360 photos and videos to my Quest 3 headset for immersive viewing. I've only done a couple so far as a test. Before I do the rest, where is the best place to put these on my Quest? Right now, I just have them in the Quest FILES folder. Would it be better to put them in the Photos and Videos folders, respectively, instead?

My 360 photos and videos are on my laptop, divided into folders by date and place (most are from vacations). If I move entire folders onto the Quest, will the file names and file structures stay intact so I can find specific photos easily?

TIA for your help!

OK, You want to put your 360 photos and videos on your Quest... And you're asking if you should put them in the photos folder and the video folder? Are you seriously asking that question? But here is an answer for you. You can keep them in your files folder. The name of the folder doesn't matter. The folder name is just a convenience for you to know where they are. You can even set up a new folder for pasta recipes and put them there if you like. As for the file structures and ability to run etc, that very much depends on what format they are using on your laptop. There are many video decoders. So rather than asking questions with an obvious answer, put one of the videos and one of the photos in the folder and see if it opens. Seriously, do you want someone to hold your hand while you do it? I'm not surprised nobody answered you because they may have thought you were making a joke. 😁
