Why are there so many delays in delivery to Mexico?

It's been almost a month since I ordered my glasses, I bought them on the 16th of last month. After 3 weeks I contacted support and they told me they couldn't reach me Then they asked me for my ID card, I sent it and thought that would be enough, but no.

And now they were supposed to arrive this Friday October 3rd, but it didn't happen. Today I woke up hoping they wouldn't postpone it again, and now they've done it until October 6th. Can anyone tell me if this is normal? What the hell is going on?
