I’ve been dealing with this issue where I load up to the startup point where u have to pair the controllers and when I load up for a little my screen turns grey I’ve already tried a factory reset and I can’t update my oculus if I can’t get into the settings menu . Please let me know if anyone else is experiencing this and knows how to resolve this issue

If you need to pair your controllers, you've not only tried a factory reset, you successfully did it.
Do you play games or do workouts that makes you sweat a lot? The grey screen might be caused by sweat/moisture that found the way into the headset.
