Why does quest automatically change my boundary when I open Virtual Desktop?

I keep having this issue where the boundary changes from roomscale to stationary when I open Virtual Desktop. I asked the devs, and they said it's on Facebook's side. I've had this issue in the past, and when troubleshooting the old way they originally said, that no longer solves the issue. How the hell do I solve this issue, and why can't I get in touch with a single person regarding this issue? Facebook's site only links me back to bot Q&A
