why is meta support so stupid and a joke

its been 5 months without being able to buy game because they think i can get a bank to bring up a document about a gift card that's so **bleep**ing stupid i just want to buy a game but they locked my account from buying things because i removed a pay method and they want a gift card that no longer exists i tried telling them that over and over and they give me dumb answers meta support dose not help and they don't care about you META SUPPORT IS A JOKE i demand my account get unblocked from buying games

    you need to have a card added to your account or they will lock you out that card is like an age verification and when i got my vr i was 12 so my mom made an account verified and took over my account and used the parental controls which she still can manage it i just took control when i turned 13 so her account verifies my age i legit just got a venmo card today so now i can verify my age if i want to let go of the parental management but im not gonna pay $2 (it gets returned) just to not be parental managed idc if my mom can see what i do idc its not like i do anything bad

    you need to have a card added its like and age verifications and giftcards dont work i got my vr when i was 12 and my mom had to verify my age by making an account and then paying $2 and verifying and then took my account over as parent managing works as verification until age 18 and now im 13 and can either spend $2 to verify my account and then not be parent managed or i can stay under parent managed and just have the controls disabled so i dont have to ask to do everything

    also my vr is basically bricked can you help
