Why lost cosmetics after factory reset

I performed a factory reset a month ago lost all cosmetics in gorilla tag. VR is acting up again and have been told need to perform another factory reset. I do not want to loose my cosmetic again. I verified that back up is on and that user is linked to my Facebook account. Please verify this should work this time

    Hey GoofyStingray4603,

    We know how important your Gorilla Tag items are to you, so it's worth checking which apps are supported by cloud backup to ensure you don't lose anything this time!

    To find which of your downloaded apps are supported by cloud backup, as well as the last backup time and backup size:

     

    1. Go to secure.oculus.com/my/cloud-backup on a computer.
    2. Use the search field to filter for any specific application, or scroll through the table to view which of your applications have cloud backup enabled.

    A guess thing to try.  On the headset: Settings->General->Backup. And see if you can backup the data. It might not work, it might be turned off.
