Won't boot past spinning logo

When I first started up my Quest 3s, everything seemed normal until the logo kept replaying itself. I then tried turning it off, I heald the power button for a long long time. It went black until it turned in again like if I booted it up normally. Then the process repeated. Spinning logo and the logo repeating but this time the meta opening sound was replaying. It kept opening, then going back to the logo For a good 20 maybe 30 minutes. For those minutes I have been stuck trying to do something. I almost factory reset my headset pressing the power button and the volume lower button. But yeah, after 30 minutes of trying, it finely booted up to the home screen. Before that. I tried opening a app from The Meta app, and when it got to the homepage that "App" was the first thing I saw. I don't know if me booting up a application from The Meta Mobile app directly fix the headset, but I want to know how i can never let this happen again, because i was scared to the bottom of my gut that I was going to factory reset and lose all my Media.

      coffecorgi  go into the headset settings and sync all your media. Enable cloud backups in the headset. Download the Sidequest Pc software and back everything up to a PC or laptop. Then, if you have to do a factory reset, you won't lose as much.
