Wont let me buy a game with meta gift card

I bought a meta gift card, and added the cash to my account. When I go to try to buy a game it says there is suspicious activity, and won't let me purchase the game. I have the cash on my account but can't use it. What do I need to do? I have my age verified and everything else is good on my account. I have bought games before on my account, so I don't understand why it won't let me purchase the game. Please help! Thank you.
