Worlds access on Mobile/headset NA but available on PCVR connection

Im not available to access worlds thru my Headset or meta Horizon app on mobile. But when i connect my metalink cable to headset to access worlds on my desk top it works fine. I dont have access to my desktop editor to edit worlds or make more digital content like clothing in Meta horizon developer portal it clams im violated something but when i check my account status on the meta horizon app it say “Your in good standing” 

please help me figure out what the next step is i tried putting in a support ticket while back and we ended up putting a ticket to replace the headset and remotes in the process but still having the same issue still

    Horizon Worlds was discontinued on PCVR a long time ago, it's no longer available in the PCVR store. You might still have an old copy of the PC software, but it's not supported.

      Im able to enter existing worlds as if im on headset... through meta link connection. maybe im not using the right term for PCVR but i connected my headset to my pc via metalink data link cport drive to usb to the pc. im able to vist worlds still this way but still cant go into edit mode to go to my worlds to edit them or access desktop editor. im in good standing according to my meta horizon app. but when i try to enter through mobile app it says i have violations. which one is accurate? my account status or the notification i get when i try to access worlds through my mobile app?
