Worlds not available in uk

I have not been able to get worlds even though I live in the UK and everything links to the UK I have no VPN but all I get is that it isn't available but it gives me suggestions on worlds to play but can download or install on computer or vr it's states not available what am I doing wrong?

    That's very strange for sure. I live in Türkiye and I get suggestions for worlds to play even though it's not available. I can get them on the headset by activating the VPN on my phone. Once the phone app is connected to a supported country I can use it. Can I say however, you're not really missing very much.  It should be automatically available in the UK. Maybe contact support.

      Haha like you can even get through to support I've put in loads non get reply unless it's here is a link to our rubbish support page

    Have you tried playing Worlds on your phone using the MetaHorizon+ mobile app? You don't need a VR headset to play Worlds, so it will help to diagnose the problem knowing if it is blocked on your phone or not.

        To troubleshoot, first ensure that your device and headset are fully updated and connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Also check that the headset and phone are paired correctly. Here's a more detailed breakdown of potential causes and troubleshooting:

         

        Check for updates

        • Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed on your phone. 

        Confirm internet connection

        • Both your phone and Quest need to be on the same Wi-Fi network. 

        Pairing Issues

        • Incorrectly paired devices may affect the functionality of the app.

        Restart the headset

        • Sometimes, restarting the device can resolve temporary glitches and prevent any background programs from affecting the app.
