So, I'll keep it short.
My index trigger on the controller isn't working properly, and I wanted to request a replacement. When I tried to do so, it suddenly said that my region was Switzerland, even though I live in Germany and that's the Country where I bought the Quest 2.
Entering my German address doesn't work; I've already tried that ._.

Unfortunately, you can't change it.
Meta only ships replacements to the country where the headset was originally delivered and intended to be sold.
In your case, that appears to be Switzerland.
Recently a user(also from Germany) could solve the problem by contacting the seller and explained that they apparently sent him a Quest that wasn't intended for Germany.
They have taken care of it
