"You have requested to many code" issue while asking for SMS 2 factor authentification

I'm sorry if this is not the first time that this question has been asked, but I could'nt find anyway to fix it.

I got my french Meta Account that is set one of my headset (Quest 2) and on the Meta Quest Link application on my desktop.

The e-mail adress of that Meta account is the same as the one I use for my Facebook and my Instagram account, but it seems that none of those account is link to that Meta account. 

I tried to log in my Meta account and I successfully managed to receive my first factor authentification by e-mail. But after that I could'nt managed to receive the SMS and I got a pop up saying "You have requested too many codes, please try again later" . I've been waiting for several days, and the issue is still the same.
