I saw several posts the past days that PMs are just not going through to MetaStoreHelp​
Something is wrong with the messages system currently.

Thank you so much for that link ! Finally managed to talk to a real human to fix my issue. I still can't use SMS as 2AF but at least I can reconnect to my account :)
