3s vr right controller not visible

So with my quest 3s vr I have had it for about 2 years and my right controller is turning on but is not visible and i have tried everything taking out the batteries and factory resetting the headset ...

The Quest 3s only came out around a year ago. You couldn't own it for 2 years. Do you mean the Quest 3?
