8 digit code to connect child
Hi all,
I have a Meta Quest 2 and I am logged in on my parent account. Credit card set up and I've made purchases before.
I add my child in Family Center, and they show up in the Horizon app, so that's good.
However, in the Horizon app, I go to my device "Manage Profiles" and there is no button to add, I can only see my 1 connected profile.
If I go to the profiles in the headset itself, it asks for the new user's email address, but my child's account doesn't have an email address.
If I try going to meta.com/device I see my account and my child's account, however in order to add them to the headset it asks for an 8-digit code. No code appears in the headset or anywhere else that I can see. I only have my 5-digit pairing code I found in the settings, but that doesn't help.
I've tried restarting the headset, no change.
Can anyone help unstick me?
