Accessibility menu missing

Meta Quest 3 updated to 8.3

Hi, after a recent update my Accessibility menu has gone. The controls seem to be stuck in hand gestures, although the controllers work with some menus they do not operate correctly inside apps and games. A message pops up asking me to switch to controllers, which I can't do.

Otherwise, both controllers work perfectly, but I did swap with a friend and pair his controllers with my headset. The problem is still there.

    Screenshots, or it never happened 😉. They should be sitting between "Movement Tracking" and "Display & brightness" in the left panel of Settings.
