Question

My son is starting back on the VR after being off of it. I want to create a whole new account and connect his VR to this new account so I can set it up appropriately, I am unsure why it is not working but everytime I go to add my card info onto my account it says that something went wrong and it will not allow me to connect anything. This Meta situation is truly frustrating me and NO ONE is able to help me via support. I need assistance ASAP. Thank you&nbsp;

Im having similir issue but impossible to conect properly to his old account games need up dates and imposable to see profile or add user then it just gors back to blank screen saying logininwith ils email or go to auth meta im going round in circles i would love to get it sorted i hopethere is a easy fix&nbsp;
