Adding Meta Quest 3

So i had to reset my Meta Quest 3 and delete the registration. Now i will add the Quest 3 in my user account but i cant. I need the rma Code or any bill. How is possible without? I connect the quest3 with meta horizon successfully. thanks for helping. The quest3 is now 3 years old and out of support.

    I'm having trouble to understand what you mean.

    Is your Quest paired again to the mobile app after the factory reset or not?
