Additional account not available on headset
The meta app shows secondary child account as paired to headset. Profiles in headset does not show the secondary account. I’ve tried adding the profile via email link. But the Link request remains even after completion on the app. Also tried just pairing child account on app. Always shows on app that the profile is paired. Never becomes available in headset.
Multiple factory resets. Deleted first child account, made a new one. Still the same problem. Tech support has been unable to find a solution. This is my last ditch effort before I just return it and get my money back.

Found Solution!
All I needed to do was to find my receipt. Then take the headset back to the store where I bought it. Then get my money back.Meta support is absolutely useless. 5 days of broken email chains repeating the same steps.
