Bad FPS in PCVR with 7900 XTX

Hope i posted the title properly, this has been an ongoing issue since I started playing VRChat from day one. In game I have maybe 17 to 20 FPS with a  AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D, 128GB of DDR4-3600 RAM, and just now added a Hellhound AMD Radeon RX7900 XTX, While my my system would not be an absolute tier 10 system, it's in the upper brackets due to the on board 96MB of L3 V-Cache, & the AMD Radeon RX7900 XTX with 24GB of RAM. Why is it that I have seen NO improvement with this new AMD Radeon RX7900 XTX. I typically like to play with a Meta Quest Pro using Air Link, but also use a high end Syntech USB A to USB C charging cable with 65W charging port, to "try and keep the Quest Pro charged". 

In the end, either on Link Cable or Air Link I am only getting about 17 to 20 FPS with META, why does it seem like META is the bottleneck, and is there a reasonable fix? Thanks
