Have 2 batteries which attach to the back of my headstrap and 2 batteries which I wear around my neck. Everything working great until today. Now batteries on headstrap work well but neck batteries both not working. Said batteries will charge phone. Stock cable will charge headset. What is going on ?
Problem is possibly with the batteries. Even though battery packs will continue to charge your phone and other things, over time the power output weakens. I was using a 15,000 w back I kept in my breast pocket occasionally and was using it to charge other things but I noticed over the year that it stopped keeping the charge on the headset. I'm not saying that's it but maybe try another new battery pack? The other option is it might be a result of a software update that messed it up. Before spending money try a restart or a factory reset, backing up your apps first of course, and see if it fixes it. Good luck!!
