Blurry Visuals on Oculus Quest 3 – Is This Normal?
Hey everyone, I just got the Oculus Quest 3 and tried it out. I noticed that the text and images appear blurry. Is this normal, or should I consider returning it?

The Metaverse is an amazing experience with endless VR possibilities, lets get you set up!
- To ensure your headset is adjusted for your needs, locate the lens spacing wheel on the bottom left of the headset.
- Gently move the wheel to adjust the distance between the lenses until the image is clear and comfortable.
To achieve the best image clarity, lens spacing should line up with your IPD as much as possible. Meta Quest headsets best accommodate IPDs between 56 and 70 mm, or about 95% of adults.
