Bought the Meta Quest 3S Walking Dead Bundle from best buy. The game didn't come with the headset. After talking to best buy customer support they said to contact Meta. Whenever I try to contact support it doesn't show a device connected to my account. I try to verify with the serial number and it gives me an error about it being invalid. This thing is brand new and I really don't know what I am doing.
Any help or suggestions?

You must put in the serial number from the box, not from the headset itself.
