Cable and pairing doesn't work

We recently purchased a Meta Quest Pro. When we attempted to connect the headset to a PC using the USB-C cable included with the Meta Quest package, the device was not detected. We then tried a different USB-C cable, and the headset was recognized; however, a message appeared stating “Use USB 3 for a better connection.” We connected the headset using a USB 3 port, but the device was not detected. We also have issues with pairing the device. Could you please help us with these issues? Looking forward to hear back from you soon,

You need to use a USB 3 certified data cable, like the optical Link cable sold by Meta. The enclosed charging cable is not suitable. But you should be first setting up your new headset using the Meta Horizon app on your mobile phone and pairing the headset to your phone. You can't set up the headset using the PC, if that is what you are trying to do. Some people get confused about that. The cable and PC app are for PCVR gaming only. Don't try to pair the headset to the PC by using the "add headset" option in the PC app, it does not work. Instead, go to the Link settings in the headset and initiate pairing to the PC from there.
