Can’t Complete Setup on Quest 2 After Factory Reset - Not Appearing in My Devices

I had my Meta Quest 2 stored for a while. When I turned it on again, it updated and the unlock pattern changed from the 9-point square grid to an 8-point diamond layout. Eventually, I wasn’t able to unlock it because the pattern was never corrected, so I performed a factory reset to use it from scratch.

Now the device asks me to continue the setup through the Meta Horizon app, but the headset shows as “disconnected” in the app and I can’t remove it. Also, on "meta.com/quest/"
 and on "oculus.com", the device doesn’t appear under my registered devices at all.

Is there any way to fix this or force the setup to continue?
