can not connect my Quest 1 to Meta Account

I put out my old Quest 1 which i didn´t used for years.

I read that i have to use now a Meta Account to use it.

So i created a Meta Account and tried to connect it to my account.

  1. Tried to connect it via Bluetooth. The App says i should type in the code i see in my headset but there is no code visible. Nothing is shown in the headset.
  2. when i try to identiy my device with the seraial number it says it can not found the device.
  3. My Oculus account was also not connected to facebook.. so i can also not use the facebook login.

 

How can i now  add my old Quest 1 to my account?

I want to have access again to my game library on my Quest. Now i can not start any games :/

Please help!

    Zerschmetterling.2025 meta deleted the old Oculus accounts when they migrated them over to the new meta accounts. Unless you have images of your games library or profe of game purchases that you can provide for meta support, your old library is gone. 

    Factory reset the headset and try again to connect your headset to the new account.
