We can understand how concerning it would be for your Meta Quest 2 to not pair correctly with the app but don't worry we are here to help and get you back to gaming!
Was your device pairing for you before or has this just started happening?
We have attached some basic troubleshooting steps for you below:
- Make sure your device and app are fully up to date.
- Ensure the phones Bluetooth is turned on and the headset is turned on.
- Make sure your devices are both using the same WiFi network.
