CAN U FIX UR PRODUCT?

i have problems with Q3 like every 2 months and every time different issue and every time after ur updates:) very nice job... it was like tracking issues and stuff... and now im stuck in the link connecting screen (for cable and air too)... i tried new drivers, new cable, different USB, ur special tactic with deleting every trace of data from PC and reinstalling app, factory reset of headset, another tactic from redit restarting and changing oculus vr runtime service to manual, tried that shmaxy thing with sideload update and nothing works...+i purchased ur product with intent of using it not for me to troubleshoot after every few updates cause of ur fakaps... i want to use my property:) Q2 works normally how is that possible?

  • This is my post on the situation and should fix your problem instead of waiting for oculus to come out with an OVRService update or update their servers. More information is included in my post. Solution is guaranteed for your problem assuming its the exact same infinite loading screen when connecting via wired link to pc.

      like that is great but i still have to manually disconnect and connect connection right? i think rather than trying to solve problems meta created in the first place, we should report them to european consumer centre... because i dont think that what they are doing (using consumers as a beta testers in full release updates) is in line with consumer protection laws
