Cannot connect anything wifi, bluetooth,usb

Initial setup on headset gets to "connect to wifi" and cannot. States date/time is off. Will not allow me to enter or modify URL at top of screen.

My wifi is not managed by me and requires a browser portal to login and that works on all devices I own with only an issue on LG IOS.

Tried QR code and instructions state to use "Meta Horizon app" to create a QR but

do not see where to do this in app and help section says nothing about how. 

Tried using Oculus to setup headset and there is no option and it just states "connected to usb"

My laptop and phone are both connected to same wifi network.

Extremely irritated when instructs say "do this" with absolutely no instruction to accomplish that

If i don't get some tech support, back to the store it goes
