Cannot connect quest 3 headset to phone app

Hello, I cannot connect my headset to the phone app, I can connect it to the Bluetooth in both my phone parameters, and headset but as soon as I enter the app it disconnects and I cannot connect back without forgetting the devices.

I have to say I am deeply disastified with all of this, I shouldn't have to go through my phone to use my headset. This is simply unacceptable and bothersome.
