✅ 1. Basic Requirements Check
Make sure all of these are true:
Your USB-C cable supports data transfer (not just charging).
You are using a USB 3.0 port on your PC (preferably blue inside).
Your Meta Quest app is installed and updated on the PC.
Your headset and PC software (Meta Link) are both updated.

✅ 2. Trust Prompt on Headset
When you connect your headset:
Put it on and look for a prompt asking if you want to allow data access or enable Link.
Tap “Allow” or “Enable Link” if it appears.
If you don’t see it, unplug and plug the cable again while wearing the headset.

✅ 3. Try Different USB Ports & Cables
Test another USB-C cable (preferably the official Link Cable or a certified USB 3.0/3.1 cable).
Test USB-A to USB-C cable as well.
Try rear USB ports on your PC – they are usually more stable than front ones.
