Cannot get any meta support or help

Does anyone know how to email Meta or get some kind of live chat option?  There is literally no way that I can find to contact them about issues and I can't get my Rift S headset to work anymore after their latest software update (as usual).  This time I've been troubleshooting for hours and no luck, so I'm hoping to ask them for a replacement or other help, but there doesn't seem to be any way to actually contact anyone for support.

Anyone have luck in this area?
