Cannot Pair New Quest 3 APP ISSUE

So I've tried everything cleared cache , closed app, uninstalled, every time i open the app to pair my new headset with the code i click new devices it takes me to scrolling list of all headsets but i cant school it asks for permission for location i click continue yes and that window never closes and i cant choose a headset at all. I need help cant even experience the 3 till i can pair it to app.. IMAGE BELOW SHOWS THE CLUE PERMISSION WHEN I CLICK NOTHING HAPPENS!

    DunderBuildz​  have you enabled location services in you phone settings before trying to set the headset up.

  • YES  this is my 4th headset ive done this many times before but for some reason the app permissions are all on and still wont let me past the blue continue button seems like a bug in app 

    not the normal pop up for allowing permissions cause the original app one pops up but this one is on every page for every device

     

  • so now im trying the boot menu to install software update from in support website

  • Hilarious now i cannot even install this its stuck at 0% and in headset hasnt

     moved the install progression at all in 35 min
