i can't add other accounts now other that the owner account and cannot switch on the app sharing button.
thank you for your reply, however this has been going on for weeks now. i've contacted support several times, been assigned several case numbers, "spoken" with several bots....(sadly the support bots were able to wipe-out even more of my data, making things even worse). i've been told several times i would be hearing from a tech support "agent" and have not heard a word. sad part is that i've been told this is a server side error. i've given meta the error message several times. it seems to me that providing them the with the "error message" would have helped to direct them to the "error". i don't know if meta reads these posts but, meta if you are to win the vr war, you're going to have to do something about your tech support. again, thank you for your reply !!
I get the same error when I try to add profiles to my two Rift S headsets that I threw in the trash in 2022. They still appear as devices in the phone app 🙃.

i think it may be time for me to do the same as i have had to trash 3 meta quest 3 units this last year.
the steam users speak highly of the steam vr systems, they're considerably more $$ but, they're far faster that the quest 3, have larger fov and are better supported on the tech support side.

I have the same issue and I am going around in circles with the meta support. Its so frustrating! I just wanna add my wifes profile onto my headset. I have to do a factory reset when she wants to play her account!
