can't connect headsett to meta account after update

After an update i just did i was logged out of my account, now the headset asks me to connect the headset to my account but the mobile app doesn't start the steps to start connecting same with the pc app.

    We understand that issues with the Horizon App are holding back your Metaverse experience, and we're keen to get you back online.

     

    To allow the app to get a fresh start, we recommend that you try a full, clean reinstall, this will allow all of the data to be removed from your device, and ensure that the app has no technical faults present.
