Can't get into my Meta Quest 2 Occulus

Help! Bought our meta quest 2 back in 2023. Opened it up 6 months later and its locked me out and I can't get back in.

I get a message asking to go onto Meta.com/device, enter a code but the code its asking me to enter doesn't fit the rules of the code on the website which asks for a numbers based code ! Arggh

I've set up a new Meta Horizon account and have tried to repair my occulus via the app but it won't let me do that either.

Any advice?
