Can't pair controllers anymore

I can't pair my controllers anymore. It was working fine and then stopped. Tried all of the “fixes” I.e. unpair, factory reset, batteries, but it will not work. When I try pairing the left one it starts making an update, it gets to 1% 3 times and then it says failed. Any solutions? I tried everything
