We know it's no fun to not be able to use our devices to their full capacity so we would love to help getting this issue resolved for you. Open the Quest mobile app on your iPhone device, navigate to the point the app request for the 5 digit code to pair the headset.
- Place on the headset
- Go to settings
- About
- Pairing code will be listed
- Place the number in the Mobile app
We've seen these steps help people out in the past with the same issue you're having. We're hoping that they will do the same for you.

Hi, I am having the same issue. But in the new versions of Settings, the About page is missing. Where do I code the code in the new system (v69 in my case) ?
