I am having the same issue. I was able to pair with my Android phone (it also did not show the code in the headset, but was able to get it connected). However, after creating a new profile and trying to pair with my daughter's iPhone I see the same issue that has been described. Headset is found in the Meta Horizon app on the phone, no code appears in the headset. I found the Pairing Code in the About section, but when that is entered in the app I receive a "Something went wrong" message. Does anyone have a solution?

We understand that you are experiencing the same issue with your Quest 3 not pairing to the Meta Horizon Mobile App, could you please send us a DM so we can investigate this further for you?

I am also having the same problem. I’ve done everything up to the pairing code in the about section but it saying that it’s having trouble pairing even after the correct code has been put in.
