can't pair Quest 3 with meta app on phone

Wondering if anyone managed to get this resolved, have the exact same issue. Pairing code is available in the settings “about” section, however when adding device (which is visible and found in the app) I keep getting the “something went wrong” response?
The resolution was the primary profile can be associated with the Meta Horizon app and pair. We just worked around it. In the end if it's annoying enough we'll do a reset and set it up differently for our family from the beginning. I find this to be slightly annoying, but I guess it's just how it's designed.
