So at the end, i decided to just format everything, and seems to have solved the problem. And I also disabled the integrated graphics card so it only recognizes the eGPU XGMobile. And, it works. How? I'm not an expert, but as long as it works, I'm not disconnecting it from the dock xd

    Thanks everyone for your answers✨️

  • Sorry not solution from me, however seems to be a bug going around (not everyone affected tho) as far as it seems you getting a quest 2 has nothing to do with it, tho coincidentally i'm having the same issue and using a quest 2 but mine had been working for a while till 2 weeks ago) I think i has to due with OVRserver_x64.exe not installing/working correctly due to some update and therefore not running correctly (or really just not running at all due to the kernel error u posted which is the same one im dealing with.

  • the services are running, the gpu connection is working with the eGPU and without, just by using integrated graphics. tried unstalling normally those drivers, now i'm gonna use ddu to see if something changes 🙏

  • it didn't work. i even tried uninstalling both igpu and the egpu with ddu. tried to check the services, but nothing. and still getting the same error. is there even a solution to this? or am i stucked 4 life? :c

  • Try updating your AMD drivers, ensure the eGPU is recognized, run Oculus repair, and use a USB 3.0/USB-C cable for Quest 2 Link.

What do you mean by formating everything? I was thinking about downgrading the drivers and giving that a go but I feel like thats not a long term solution lol.
