Can'tlog into my headset

Ok so I put a pattern code as my password.however when I tried to log in using it..The pattern of 3 rolls of dots appears out of sync so now I can't use my pattern to log in.and it's telling me that Factory Reset will lose all of my info and downloaded games..What can I do

    The same thing happens to me. I get a pattern unlock window with only 8 dots, and they're all poorly distributed. Because I do remember the pattern, but I can't enter it.

  • That's not good. I used a pass code myself when I'm away from the headset for a long time but glad now I didn't try this. I had to factory reset after a stuck update, but you will not lose any of your data or games and even game progress should be backed up to. Everything re-installs after the the reset. 

  • I just had a thought guys. I'm not near my headset or the phone with my horizon app, but if you go to device management after you switch on the headset, is it possible to change the unlock method from there??

      Maccyb123​ unfortunately not.

      Factory reset is the only thing that works to get rid of the pattern.

      Raideretteboss​  Cerkoter​ have you tried restarting the Quest? Maybe it'll sync the dots?

      If not, you'll have to factory reset the Quest, but just as Maccyb said, you don't lose your games, you just have to download them again.
