Hello. Just got a quest 3 for my kid. We want to cast his games on our device. While both are paired and connected via same WiFi and Bluetooth is on, every time we start casting it gives an error.
The screen just shows the loading page and the says that Quest 3 cancelled the casting or the casting has ended.
Have gone thru many discussions and have applied all possible troubleshooting options with no results. Pls help.

In order to check why you aren't able to cast, can you please firstly confirm whether you have a single or dual band router? If you have a dual band router please set it to single band mode 5Ghz, if you are on dual band mode, or 2.4Ghz, it may still work however at limited quality.
Next we would just need to confirm what kind of device you are casting to?

Have a dual band and both devices i.e. iPhone and Quest 3 are connected to the the 5Ghz
We tried casting to 2 devices. IPhone 13 and Samsung S24. Both same issues.

Just to make sure that we do not tell you to do anything you have already done, could you please provide a quick list of TS that you have already completed. As well as this, if you have the opportunity could you please try and cast under a different network.
