Hi.
Have a dual band and both devices i.e. iPhone and Quest 3 are connected to the the 5Ghz
We tried casting to 2 devices. IPhone 13 and Samsung S24. Both same issues.

Just to make sure that we do not tell you to do anything you have already done, could you please provide a quick list of TS that you have already completed. As well as this, if you have the opportunity could you please try and cast under a different network.

List of TS done so far.
- Restarted Quest
- Updated quest software
- Restarted IPhone
- Updated Meta app on iPhone
- Tried connecting pairing on a different WiFi which is single band

Thank you for letting us know! We appreciate you trying to troubleshoot this issue on your own.
We noticed that you said you were trying to cast his games on your device. Just to clarify, are you trying to cast from a secondary account? As only primary accounts can cast to the mobile app.
Other forms of casting should work as expected. However, secondary accounts cannot connect to the mobile app. This is likely why you are receiving an error message.

Hi. OK so the device is paired to my kids account which as you righty pointed is secondary. Im the primary account holder.
So if I understand correctly, I need to pair the device to my account in order to cast it?
