We hear you're having problems with casting from your Quest 2 to your iPhone, that's of course not ideal when enjoying the Metaverse to its fullest, so lets see what we can do to fix this issue.
Now we have a few steps here that you can try out to get this problem resolved.
First up, we'd recommend checking that both your Quest 2 and iPhone are on the same Wi-Fi network, as this is very important to make sure that both your devices are connected with each other when casting.
If they are, then please also try restarting both your phone as well as your headset. Should that still not have done the trick, then please check for any software updates for the Meta Horizon app as well as your Quest 2 headset
Additionally, please also try restarting your Wi-Fi router to make sure that your devices don't have any problems connecting with each other.
If all of those steps did still not get your screen showing while casting, then please get back to us! We'd also have a question for you if the problem persists, does the screen not showing only happen for specific games or is it all around when trying to cast to your phone?
