Confirm pairing code not showing up on PC side Meta Quest Link

Whenever I go to air link my 3s to my computer it tells me I need to pair my headset (which I had already done) to my computer, but the only thing is nothing pops up on the Meta Quest Link app on my computer besides the blue bar asking me if I want to set my headset up. (as can be seen in the picture) And when I click "set up" it takes me to a screen telling me to choose which connection method I want to go with, I choose air link, and it gives me the steps on how to enable air link nothing more than that.

    There is no solution to fix the issue, but you can get around it by using a link cable, so far it's the only way to play PCVR since airlink broke.

    Also if you don't have a link cable on hand use the charging cable that came with the headset and see if it works

    Hey there Clone4317, we came across your post and wanted to offer some assistance. 

     

    It would appear that you're experiencing some issues pairing your headset with AirLink. Not to worry though, let's get this sorted for you. 

     

    To complete the setup process, please follow the below steps:

    1. Open the Meta Quest Link App and select the headset you're trying to pair.
    2. Choose Air Link (Wireless) in the connection method and select continue.
    3. Select Continue when seeing the Air Link Requirements dialog. 
    4. After selecting Air Link, the headset will start to discover a PC connected on the same local network.
    5. Once the PC is detected, choose the PC to pair with and select the Pair button. 
    6. A confirm pairing code dialog with pairing code will be displayed on the headset in VR.
    7. Remove the headset and go to the Meta Quest Link App and confirm the code from the headset and code on Air Link Pairing dialog PC are the same. Select Confirm. If there is a mismatch, hit cancel and o back to step 6. 
    8. Close the Meta Quest Link app and continue in your headset.
    9. In the headset, select continue in the Confirm Pairing Code dialog. 
    10. Once the headset is paired with the PC, a dialog will appear letting you know that the headset is paired to the PC. 
    11. An Air Link dialog will then appear. Select Launch.

      I've done this and it hasn't worked every time I get to step 6 the same problem happens, nothing for the pairing code shows up on the link app

      If you haven't already, try a link cable, if you don't have one on hand just use a charging cable (like the one that comes with the headset) to test and see if it'll work that's what I did and it worked.
