Using another phone should work, there are several threads about that issue.
If you use an Android phone, maybe try using an iphone and vice versa.

I see the problem here.. It's right there in the list of options tried. The very first one on the list. Tried to pair approximately 16 times. Should have tried approximately 17 times. 😂 Just kidding. Hopefully the additional information from Choleni will help. steve_40 is correct that trying another phone usually works but obviously not in your situation unfortunately.
